Return/Cancellation
Cancellation of order should be intimated within 24 hours from the time of order placed or can be refused at the time of delivery. Return request can only be taken when the product is dead (non working condition) and subject to following criteria:
Damaged, Wrong product, Exchanges
Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of exchange we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario your return or exchange issue will be closed within 5-6 weeks of our receiving of the return package from you.
Refunds:
We may provide Refunds only in the event of:
1). Dead item received by the customer.
2). Order cancelled or rejected the order at the time of delivery.
3). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4). Return address is clearly mentioned on the shipping label.
5). Returns need to be first approved by the customer support team.
6). Sometimes due to high order volume and low manpower, we would not be able to reply to your email. Only under these circumstances and if your product received is defective, if you wish to return the product, you can do so by sending it to the return address mentioned on the shipping label.
7) Please note we follow a strict 14 day return policy. If you place a return request after 14 days of receiving the product, we would not be accepting the return.
Refund Mode & Timelines
We usually initiate eligible refunds within 48 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse. If payment was done via Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking or any online mode then it will be refuded via the same mode. If it was Cash On Delivery then Refund will be issued in the bank account only.
An Important Note:
We provide refund only when item received is dead or order cancelled/rejected. If the product is working as it should, in that case, we would not be able to provide any refund. We incurr heavy costs on shipping and product. If you don't agree to this condition, please don't make a purchase on the website.
